Campaigns — Organize Email Aliases by Project or Purpose
Campaigns let you group related aliases together. Use them to organize aliases by project, client, purpose, or any category that makes sense for your workflow.
Creating a Campaign
Section titled “Creating a Campaign”- Go to Campaigns in the sidebar.
- Click Create Campaign.
- Enter a unique campaign name.
- Click Create.
Campaign Limits by Plan

Assigning Aliases to Campaigns
Section titled “Assigning Aliases to Campaigns”Every alias must belong to a campaign. You assign a campaign when creating an alias, or set a default campaign in Settings > Aliases so new aliases are auto-assigned.
Campaign Overview
Section titled “Campaign Overview”Each campaign card shows:
- Campaign name
- Number of aliases in the campaign
- Health overview — breakdown of healthy, warning, and risky aliases
Editing a Campaign
Section titled “Editing a Campaign”- Click the campaign you want to edit.
- Click Edit.
- Update the name.
- Click Save.
Deleting a Campaign
Section titled “Deleting a Campaign”- Click the campaign you want to delete.
- Click Delete.
- Confirm the deletion.
Campaign-Level Analytics
Section titled “Campaign-Level Analytics”View aggregate analytics for all aliases in a campaign on the Analytics page. Campaign-level stats include:
- Total emails sent and received across all aliases
- Health distribution (healthy / warning / risky)
- Bounce and complaint rates
