Analytics & Health Monitoring — Email Deliverability Metrics
The Analytics dashboard gives you a bird’s-eye view of your email activity, alias health, and deliverability performance. Advanced analytics are available on Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans. Free plan users get basic health monitoring.
KPI Summary
Section titled “KPI Summary”At the top of the dashboard you’ll see key metrics:
- Total Aliases — All aliases in the workspace
- Active Aliases — Currently enabled aliases
- Emails Sent — Outbound messages in the selected period
- Replies Received — Inbound messages in the selected period
- Bounces — Failed deliveries
- Complaints — Spam reports
- Health Breakdown — Count of Healthy, Warning, and Risky aliases
Activity Charts
Section titled “Activity Charts”View email activity over time with configurable time ranges:
- 7 days / 14 days / 30 days
Charts display:
- Emails sent per day
- Replies received per day
- Bounces per day
- Complaints per day
Alias Health Distribution
Section titled “Alias Health Distribution”A visual breakdown showing what percentage of your aliases are:
- Healthy — Safe to use, low risk
- Warning — Needs attention
- Risky — Should be deactivated or investigated
Health Trends
Section titled “Health Trends”Track how your overall health score changes over time:
- 7 days / 14 days / 30 days / 90 days
- Daily health score snapshots
- Campaign-level trend breakdowns
At-Risk Aliases Table
Section titled “At-Risk Aliases Table”A list of all aliases flagged as Warning or Risky, showing:
- Alias email address
- Health status
- Risk reasons
- Quick action to disable
Campaign Risk Table
Section titled “Campaign Risk Table”Aggregate risk view grouped by campaign:
- Campaign name
- Number of healthy / warning / risky aliases
- Overall campaign health score
Daily Snapshots
Section titled “Daily Snapshots”CloakMetric automatically captures a daily snapshot of your workspace health, including:
- Total and active alias counts
- Health distribution
- Email volume metrics
- Calculated health score (0-100)
- Per-campaign statistics
These snapshots power the trend charts and historical analytics.
